Returning to Work Consult

Partnering with The Lactation Network means that you may be able to see me with no out of pocket costs and receive expert insurance covered lactation care. Request your insurance covered lactation care by scanning the QR code or by clicking the link above.
The Lactation Network guarantees every approved client six, in-home/telehealth lactation consultations with a registered IBCLC, like me, at no out of pocket cost. They handle the paperwork and bill your insurance directly. Currently accepting Anthem, BCBS, Cigna PPO and some United Health care plans.
Phone Lactaction Support
Phone lactation Support- $50 per 30 minutes
Advice/triage for a single issue that doesn’t require hands-on support or observation.
Virtual Visit
Virtual visit- $150.00 Initial/ Follow up $100
75-90 min initial / 60 min follow up
This consult is over a secure, HIPAA compliant video software. I am able to help with latch/positioning, sore nipples, pumping, and most other issues virtually.
May include:
- Observing a nursing session
- Guidance with latching & positioning,
- Tips and solutions for sore nipples,
- Pumping techniques
- Answer any questions you may have.
- Breast/chest goals & feeding plan provided, clear instructions, resources, report sent to Pediatrician/MD.
This visit includes 2 weeks phone/email support related to the topics discussed.
In Person Visit
In Person Visit - $200 / follow up $125
90-120 min / 60-90 min follow up
(travel fee may be added depending on distance)
May include:
- Oral motor assessment plus pre & post weights feeding.
- Observing a nursing session
- Guidance with latching & positioning,
- Tips and solutions for sore nipples,
- Pumping techniques
- Answer any questions you may have.
- Breast/chest goals & feeding plan provided, clear instructions, resources, report sent to Pediatrician/MD.

Prenatal Consult
Prenatal Consult - $100.00

Want to prepare before your baby arrives? Maybe you have had a difficult previous breastfeeding experience? This is a great way to build your knowledge and boost your confidence!
May include:
Benefits of skin to skin, breastfeeding positions, what to expect the first days and weeks at home, hand expression, choosing a breast pump , and helpful resources. Visit includes phone/email support for the first week after birth.
Pumping Consult
Pumping and Returning to work Consult $100 virtual/$125 in person

Perhaps your baby is in the NICU and you are separated and need help establishing your supply? You’ve made the choice to exclusively pump? Are you trying to maximize your supply? You need help navigating pumping? I can help you with these situations.
May include:
Show you how to use your breast pump, flange size/fit, maximize your milk supply while away from baby, pump maintenance, milk storage guidelines, and tips/hacks.
Returning to Work Consult

Returning to work can be a very emotional process for any parent. We can help you navigate through the transition successfully. We'll help you answer common concerns about choosing the best pump for returning to work, how to, pumping schedules, maintaining your supply.

Show you how to use your breast pump, flange size/fit, maximize your milk supply while away from baby, pump maintenance, milk storage guidelines, and tips/hacks.
Re-Lactation
Re-lactation $115-virtual
60-75 min
Ideal for the parent who stopped breastfeeding and wants to try again. It is possible and I can come up with a plan to meet your goals!
Induced Lactation
Induced Lactation - $115-virtual
60-75 min
This is an informative consult that can help you achieve your breast/chest feeding goals. Perhaps you are adopting, expecting via surrogacy, or a non gestational parent. I can provide the education and resources to take the steps to successfully produce milk.
